Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Maitro app and related services (the "Service"), provided by A11yied AB ("Maitro", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Maitro is a restaurant operations app for scheduling, shift management, reservations, team messaging, and an optional public restaurant website. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Accounts

A restaurant owner creates an account and may invite managers and staff. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old and authorised to represent your restaurant.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Managers and staff use Maitro for free. Owners may purchase a Maitro Pro subscription, and an optional Website add-on, through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Billing, renewals, and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their terms; manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: breaking the law; infringing others' rights; uploading unlawful, harmful, or infringing content; attempting to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service; or using it to send spam. You are responsible for your team's use of the Service.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you and your team add (schedules, reservations, images, website content). You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process, and display that content to operate the Service, including publishing your restaurant website when you choose to. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by A11yied AB and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or software except the right to use the Service as intended.

7. Availability & disclaimers

We work to keep the Service reliable but provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, A11yied AB is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to us. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; see our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
